Assign training document properties

Manager users in the Authors role can assign any of the following training properties to an online learning document:

• Passing score;

• Page/question sequence;

• Pass/failure feedback; and

• Prerequisite documents.

1. When the folder tree is displayed select the online learning document.

2. Select Details & Actions > Training Properties.

   The Training Properties window displays.

3. Complete the following fields:

   Field	Instruction
   Passing score	Type the score required to pass the training document.
   Force page sequence	Optional. If the document's tabs must be read in sequence, toggle the switch to On.
   Force question sequence	Optional. If questions must be answered in sequence, toggle the switch to On.
   Failure feedback	Type the feedback to display when a user does not pass the course.
   Pass feedback	Type the feedback to display when a user passes the course.

4. Click Save.

Manager applies the training document properties.

Prerequisite for this course

A prerequisite course is one that users must complete before continuing on to another online course. If you have created an online learning course that is to be a prerequisite to this course, then:

1. Click Add document.

   The Document selector dialog box displays.

2. Locate and select the prerequisite document.

3. Click Add document.

   Manager adds the prerequisite.

4. Repeat this step for each prerequisite to add.

   Note: The order of the prerequisites is the order they must be completed.
